Processing
Orders typically ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping: 4–11 business days after dispatch, for all destinations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.
Delivery costs
- Free standard delivery on orders over $99 AUD (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee applies. It is shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page.
Customs and import charges
Any duties or taxes we collect are shown at checkout. If your parcel is held by customs for an additional charge, contact us and we'll help.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if it can't be found.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible so we can update it before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a reshipping fee may apply.
