Who we are
The Paw Closet is a small, independent Australian online store based in Braeside, Victoria. We started it because finding dog clothes that actually fit — with real measurements, not guesswork — was harder than it should be.
We keep the range deliberately small: jackets, raincoats, fleeces, cooling vests and a few walk and travel essentials. Every item is chosen for practical use on real walks in cool, wet, windy or hot weather, and every product page shows the measurements you need to choose a size.
How we work
- Made by trusted partners. Our products are made by selected manufacturers and sent from their warehouses overseas. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days with tracking, and usually arrive 4–11 business days after dispatch.
- Clear sizing. Chest, neck and back-length measurements on every product, plus a full size guide.
- Straightforward policies. 30-day returns from delivery, and a replacement or refund if anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. See Shipping and Returns & Refunds.
