How do I find the right size?
Measure your dog's back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail), chest (widest part of the ribcage) and neck while they stand naturally, then compare with the size chart on the product page. If they're between sizes, choose the larger one. Our size guide has a diagram.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), then standard delivery takes 4–11 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our shipping page for details.
Where do you ship to?
We ship with tracking to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prices are shown in your local currency.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Prices shown at checkout are what you pay for your order. If any import charges apply in your country we'll show them at checkout wherever we can, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — if the fit isn't right you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. See our returns page for how it works.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
Sorry about that. Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How do I wash my dog's jacket?
Follow the care label on the garment. As a general rule: gentle cold wash, fasten any straps first, and air dry away from direct heat.
